WHAT, IF I RECEIVE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS?
Our designer works hard to provide you defect free products but there are instances when you may receive a defective product, which is not repairable at your end then we accept return of these products and replace the same in your next order or refund the amount once we receive the defective product back. DEFECT CAN CAUSED IN TRANSIT DURING SHIPPING
Stones and Pearls can get disturbed during transportation and this is not considered as a defect since these can be easily fixed at your end. We will guide you if any assistance required, just send an email on info@easternrivaj.com

WHAT, IF I DO NOT LIKE THE PRODUCT DESIGN? CAN I REQUEST FOR A REPLACEMENT?
No, we do not accept returns/replacement/refund if you do not like the products after purchase.
DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT TO EASTERN RIVAJ?
Yes, without return of defective product we will not be able to replace or refund the amount.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT BACK?
- All Jewelry replacement/refund of defective products takes 30 days to check the availability of the same item and international Shipping time of your parcel.
- Another option is an exchange to replace the item with another of the same value or by paying the difference.
- All refunds will be processed by default to customer Eastern Rivaj wallet only.
- Eastern Rivaj will not bear the return items Shipping Charges after the first dispatch.
- Eastern Rivaj has full right to refuse any exchanges/refund if the return process is not followed by the customer.

- There will be no replacement/refund processed if the item received damaged, tampered, and in use condition or if anything is missing from the original package
- Return will only process against expired, and damage product in original packing.
- Full refund will be processed against expired, damage or defective item with original and untampered packing.
- Eastern Rivaj has full right to refuse any exchanges/refund if the return process is not followed by the customer.
REFUND
- Except Jewelry items, refund of all categories will be processed within 10 days of receipt after the required quality check of products by our team.
- All Jewelry Replacement/Refund of defective product takes 30 days to check the availability of the same item and due to the multiple International Shipping time of your parcel.
- We don’t offer cash refund instead you will be issued a credit of same value valid for Online Eastern Rivaj Shopping which you can use to buy now or in future.
- All refunds will be processed by default to customer Eastern Rivaj Wallet only.
- Eastern Rivaj does not offer any “refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items, except in-case of advance payments where the items are Sold-out or have any manufacturing defects.
- Eastern Rivaj reserves the right to change their “Refund and Return” policy, without any prior notice.

ORDER CANCELATION
You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Eastern Rivaj has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
