General Information
All our products are shipped from our main warehouse in Pakistan.
As items are handled and prepared for delivery from our origin location, packaging and courier handover may take 5–7 business days for UAE orders.
For international destinations (including the UK, USA, Canada, and other countries), delivery usually takes 10–15 business days depending on customs and courier processing.
Order Processing
- Once your order is confirmed, it is processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- During this period, your items are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment.
- After dispatch, you will receive an email or message with your tracking details.

- Customers will receive tracking information once their order is dispatched.
- Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Eastern Rivaj will not be responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a parcel is unclaimed or returned due to failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.
