Orders below PKR 5,000/- will be charged for the delivery services of PKR 500/- anywhere in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad & Multan and places within the permissible city limits. Standard delivery time of 5 days will be applied for all permissible city locations. For non-permissible city limits, additional 2 days will be required for delivery.

Locations which are beyond the permissible city limits will be charged on actuals and will be confirmed at the time of order placement before confirmation of the order.

Orders received from locations which are beyond permissible city limits will be limited to all categories except Dairy and Chocolates.

As we receive multiple orders every day for delivery, only one attempt will be carried out for delivery per day. In case of change of the address or timings, customer is required to send an email on customer service or call on the hotline, or send a Whatsapp requesting for change of the delivery timings. Where delivery location is required to be changed, an email will be needed from registered email address requesting for the change of delivery location. Change of delivery location will not be possible over the phone call or whatsapp.

Deliveries during Holy month of Ramadan will be done in 7 working days after placement of successful order through card payment or confirmation of deposit in the account via cash deposit or IBFT.

All products (except Dairy and Chocolates) purchased from Easternrivaj.com can be returned within 5 days (working & non-working inclusive) of product successful delivery. Our return policy vary for every product category.

Easternrivaj.com is more flexible towards perfume and cosmetics for as long as it is not opened, not used, not damaged, and not removal of the original tags and packaging. Refund against return items would always be in a form of credit note towards the registered account maintained with Easternrivaj.com.

Replacement options would be limited and may vary from category to category. Returns and Replacement options would be provided to certain categories as mentioned below.

In case of Jewelry items, customers are required to verify the product quality within 5 days (working and non-working inclusive) as per the order placed on Easternrivaj.com. In case product received is not as per order placed on via www.easternrivaj.com, return the item to Easternrivaj.com within 5 days (working and non-working days inclusive), and we will refund the order amount (exclusive of shipping charges which are non-refundable) in a form of credit note towards your account maintained with Easternrivaj.com. This credit note can be used towards the purchase of any other product equivalent to the value of the credit note. Any fraudulent transaction cases would be reviewed and required action through local law enforcement authority will be taken.

An order can be canceled within 48 hours’ time the order is successfully placed and payment has been made successfully. Post 48 hours, the order will be shipped from Easternrivaj.com, and will be delivered at the required shipping address. In case of not acceptance, process of refund stated above will be followed.

Delivery of purchased products may go beyond standard shipment time due to high number of orders placed or due to any unforeseen circumstances. Easternrivaj will keep you posted on the progress of the order via email. We appreciate your cooperation with regards to the same
